There’s a quiet violence in always being asked to tone yourself down. To shrink your ideas. To soften your laughter. To pick just one passion.
And if you're the kind of woman who overflows, whether with love, tears, magic, or questions, you’ve probably been called too much more times than you can count.

But what if the truth is this: you’re not too much. You’re too full.
Defending Your Fullness Is a Radical Act of Self-Love
Full of life. Full of knowing. Full of stories, songs, opinions, and magic. That fullness may not always be neat or tidy, but it’s not a flaw. It’s sacred.
This week, as we work with the energy of Defend and Leap, I invite you to honour your fullness. To make no apology for the shape of your emotions or the scope of your desires. There is no shame in being abundant. There is no prize for emptying yourself for others.
Fullness Is Not a Flaw. It’s a Sign You’re Alive
June’s energy has asked us again and again to protect what matters. And sometimes, what needs the most protection isn’t a fragile hope or a precious dream, but the sheer bigness of who we are.
So many of us have learned to clip our wings before we’ve even flown. To dilute our joy so others won’t feel uncomfortable. To carry less so we won’t take up space. But this is the month to stop that spiral.

Let today be the turning point.
Let today be the moment you say: I am full, and I am allowed to be.
You don’t have to give it all away.
You don’t have to stay silent just to keep the peace.
You don’t have to become smaller just to fit a space you’ve already outgrown.
And yes, that sometimes makes other people uncomfortable. But that isn’t your responsibility.
Because the truth is, being full isn’t always comfortable. It’s not polite. It doesn’t always fit in with social niceties. But that doesn’t mean it’s wrong.
There’s an art to holding your own energy without apology.
To being radiant and deep. Wild and deliberate. Loud when it matters, silent when you choose.
This isn’t about pushing or performing. It’s about daring to stay rooted in who you are, even when the world wants you smaller.
Rituals for the Too Full
If you’re reading this with a lump in your throat, here are a few gentle offerings. Little rituals, big magic. Nothing fancy. Just invitations to return home to yourself.
1. Write a love letter to your fullness. Not the performative kind. A real one. Tell your fire you see it. Tell your tears they are sacred. Tell your inner child she can bloom as big and messy as she wants.
2. Create space, not reduction. Instead of asking, “How can I be less?” ask, “Where can I be more fully received?”That might be a room of women who speak your language. A journal. A walk in the woods. One wildflower blooming between paving stones.
3. Let your body be full. Breathe into your belly. Soften your jaw. Stretch without shrinking. You are not here to take up less space, you’re here to feel it all.
4. Anchor your week with a word. Choose one that affirms your bigness. Words like: Bold. Reverent. Whole. Spell it out and tuck it under your pillow or into your bra.
5. Burn the narrative. Write out the old stories that told you being “too much” was a problem. Burn them safely, bury them in the soil, or drop them in salt water. Let the elements take what no longer belongs to you.

Your Fullness Is a Gift
There’s power in protecting your softness. Strength in refusing to apologise for your light or your depth.
You don’t have to shrink to be safe. You don’t have to hide to be loved.
The world doesn’t need another diluted version of you. It needs your fullness, fiery, tender, flawed, radiant.
So this week, I dare you to live from that place. Speak from that place. Rest in that place.
Because you are not too much.
You are too full.
And you are ready.
